I'm afraid the jomcomment pluging doesn't work.
It doesn't reset the cache on new comment.
Maybe because it's an AJAX based component. I also don't receive email notifications from jomcomment when new comment is added.

And some ideas...
It would be great to have an option filter like exclude list... but instead of exclude... include... so ONLY the pages listed would use the Page Cache Component.

Also,... a cron to periodically update the cache automatically without the need to visit a non cached page by the first visitor.I don't know if this is possible.

I decided not to do a cron type refresh, as it's a gross waste of resources. Refreshing every page (most of which will never be seen) every 10 minutes or so...

It's hard to make the plugin without having the component at hand. Do you have a URL I could look at to reverse engineer?

I still have problems with the D4J image extended mambot. In Firefox the problem is fixed very well, but with IE I still see the rare layout.

Could you give me an Exact URL? The URL you gave me looks identical in both FF and IE... I do see that IE has a JS error, but I don't have the time now to go digging...

The jomcomment problem is that when anyone send a comment... it's inserted with AJAX.. and it appears...but if you reaload the page, or any other visitor loads that page, the comment isn't showed.
So I deduce that the Reset Cache for Jomcomment wasn't executed.

If you want you can try to add a comment in my page, I will delete it later.

I know what the problem is. The jom_comment ajax file needs to be modified. I couldn't find a free download for jom_comment. If I give you the name of the file I need, could you e-mail me the source code?

Alright, I'll modify JomComment tonight, as well as test the fix for 1&1. If it works, version 1.0.3 should be released either tonight or tomorrow morning.

1.0.3 is out now. Also, delete the existing JomComment plugin, and redownload the one in the Downloads section. I fixed it so it works now. Thanks for the help!

But I have test it in your site and it seems to work fine. Which could be the problem?

Also, I think I've found a little bug in the "clear cache" module.
I have modify this line:
index.php?option=com_page_cache&act=reset
with this one:
index2.php?option=com_page_cache&act=reset

Because everytime I clicked the icon,it asked me for a new login access. With "Index2" it clears the cache without the need to login again.

And a new feature request: It would be good to clear the Joomla's cache ("Clean All Caches")at the same time.
