Requests Per Second

Requests Per Second

        That's the graph of the requests per second fed out by both Lighttpd and Apache.  This test alone doesn't really mean much, so lets look at the average "round" time!

Average Round Time

        Now, here's where things get interesting.  As you can see, both Lighttpd and Apache have excellent times (don't forget, that the time indicated by the graph is for all 6 files).  The thing to notice, is that as the load increases, the request time grows faster with Apache than with Lighttpd.  Even with this graph, the Requests/Second graph still doesn't mean too much...  We can see that both are fast servers, but why the nearly 50% difference in requests per second?
